Medjool Dates and Cacao Nibs: with two Ingredients, it’s too Easy!
Yes, you read right! This Medjool Dates and Cacao Nibs recipe does have just two ingredients, yet I thought it worth blogging, because, it’s not something you think of every day, but it’s bloody good and worth a share, particularly if you like your food:
- healthy, whole & raw;
- paleo (grain free, gluten free, refined sugar free & dairy free); and
Yes, it’s all those things and more. Particularly fast! Just spilt and fill and away you go!
Note that I haven’t provided quantities, as I usually make one or two at a time, rather than a huge batch, but you can do whatever suits.
- Your hands
- Medjool dates
- Raw cacao nibs
- Split the dates and remove the seed.
- Flatten the dates.
- Fill the dates with raw cacao nibs (½ to 1 tsp each)
- Roll up the Medjool Dates and Cacao Nibs – ready to eat.
Store the Medjool Dates and Cacao Nibs an airtight container in your refrigerator.
