Our very own I Heart Scratch Bitter Cacao Macaroons with Sweet Hazelnut Centres recipe has been published within Sarah Wilson’s IQS Chocolate Recipe Book.


This cookbook comprises Sarah’s “favourite flavour combos, transformed into more than 70 fructose-free cakes, truffles, brownies, smoothies, mousses and barks“… and I Heart Scratch was one of only 13 external recipe writers chosen (out of 100+ submissions)!
