Spring is here and it feels like Summer today. Bondi is absolutely blissful, like a huge azure lake, shimmering in the sunlight. The breeze is gentle and a perfect match to the warm sun. It’s heaven and worth relaxing in, even for just five minutes…. and so why not do that with a healthy Paleo Strawberry Sorbet in hand?
To top off this beautiful afternoon, I’ve made a delightfully smooth batch of Paleo Strawberry Sorbet.
Conditional on the ingredients being frozen and ready to go, this recipes takes a quick 20 seconds to prepare.
I’ve kept it simple with just banana and strawberries. It doesn’t sound fancy, but it certainly tastes it.
Enjoy this two-ingredient wonder ! x x
- Vitamix blender or food processor
- 2 frozen bananas
- 8 frozen strawberries
- Add all ingredients to a Vitamix (set on frozen dessert mode) or a food processor.
- Whiz until thick and creamy.
- Either serve immediately and it will have a soft-serve consistency (as per my image), or for a firmer version, store and freeze for a couple more hours.
Set in ice-block moulds.
This dessert is healthy and safe for toddlers and infants, so long as they’re ok to eat strawberries. My almost two year old, Mr R, thinks it’s fantastic!
